This is a two-week course for Southern African post-graduate students, organised by SACEMA, UKZN and Ghent University, and held at the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS), Muizenberg, Cape Town from 11 to 22 July 2011.
The purpose of the course is to train Southern African students in the basic concepts and the most commonly applied methods of biostatistics, and so contribute to capacity building in this important field.
